Knight Frank appoints Ancient & Modern as its advertising agency of record
The world’s largest independent property firm, Knight Frank, has appointed the recently launched advertising agency, Ancient & Modern, to create a wide-ranging, long-term advertising campaign under the newly created banner ‘Your partners in property’.
The full page launch advertisement, in The Times, Sunday Times and Financial Times, features the headline ‘Today, it’s not an estate agent you need. It’s a partner in property’. There are several further executions to follow.
This new positioning reflects Knight Frank’s competitive advantage due to its operating as a partnership – something no other major competitor can lay claim to. As an independent partnership, Knight Frank is not beholden to shareholders or the requirement to make short term profits. Therefore it is able to focus on the quality and impartiality of its advice to Clients.
